Narrabri Shire Council has advised residents that after initial works conducted by geotechnical consultants, the Violet Street bridge is no longer required to close between April 17 and 24.
Consultants are currently investigating alternate options to complete their investigations.
Council will continue to provide updates on the Violet Street bridge replacement project, as they become available.
