Members of the Boggabri branch of the NSW United Hospital Auxiliaries are excited to update the community on their donations to the Boggabri Hospital/Multi-Purpose Service this financial year.
As a result of ongoing fundraising over a long period of time, the committee has donated the following.
An Ook Snow SC low falls prevention bed, and a vein finder, which has made treatment much easier for staff and patients.
These items have cost more than $20,000 to purchase.
Other items purchased were Mother’s and Father’s Day gifts, Christmas gifts, Christmas cheer and Easter eggs for the residents as well gifts to the nurses in appreciation of their hard work on International Nurses Day as well as and diversional therapy craft support.
