Member for Barwon provides update on pathology

Member for Barwon Roy Butler posted a pathology update on his social media pages.

“Both Narrabri and Moree Pathology services will transition from SydPath to NSW Health between now and November 19,” read Mr Butler’s post.

“There will be a mixture of services available or done from Narrabri and Moree while the upgrades and transition occurs.

“This will all be resolved by November 19.

“But use of the two sites will vary during the upgrades and modernisation of the two sites.

“I’d like to thank Ryan Park MP again, for his responsiveness and willingness to listen and intervene to my request to keep pathology local in Narrabri.

“The ongoing dialogue and ease of access was the key factor in keeping Narrabri Pathology local.”
