   Dear council members,

   Living in Narrabri since 2011 I have noticed that our tap water really does not pass the pub test lately. It is very brown in colour because it is loaded with sediments. After filtering the water, it is clear so please don’t tell me it’s safe to drink and the water is just a bit coloured. Additionally, and probably the real worry is the latest PFAS detection in our water. I am verry worried about the long-term consumption of contaminated “drinking water” especially when you start at an early age drinking that brine for a long time.

   Has the council engaged? Why should we pay water rates in the meantime? As mentioned above water (H2O) is only a part of the mix you get out of your tap.
