I have a parcel sent from China which is being held in Newcastle by a courier company.
I checked the tracking on it and it states: “Your parcel is refused delivery due to you being in a ‘remote area’, but said I can collect the parcel from Newcastle.
Due to my service in Vietnam, I am disabled, can’t drive and my wife can’t drive that far.
They also stated they can send the parcel as far as Coonabarabran as long as I pick it up, but that’s out of the question as well.
Is Narrabri any more remote than Coonabarabran?
