A Topical correspondent made some interesting observations about rainfall in Narrabri after The Courier published its annual rainfall chart and historical data. “It’s interesting to see January has historically been Narrabri’s wettest month since 1871, when The Courier’s chart starts,” the correspondent said. “The last three years have also been slightly below the annual average of 651mm. Hopefully we have a decent year of rain in 2026.”
