NSW Ambulance responded to an incident at Violet Street, near Tibbereena Street, at 1.30pm last Thursday afternoon.
Initial reports suggested four people would require assistance on the scene.
However, upon arrival paramedics assessed three people for injuries.
Two men were transported to Narrabri Hospital for further treatment.
One man, aged in his 50s, was conveyed to hospital with neck and arm injuries.
Another man, aged in his 20s, was transported to hospital with head and arm injuries.
