Petrol prices are on the rise as the ongoing Iran conflict disrupts supply chains. The ACCC confirmed it is monitoring price gouging, with reports of petrol prices more than $2.50 a litre in some locations. However, a petrol station near Armidale has particularly come under fire after motorists spotted prices well above $3 a litre. The station’s prices have been met with backlash on social media.
