A 43-year-old woman has been charged in relation to alleged graffiti on roads and signs between Narrabri and Wee Waa.
The damage to the public infrastructure has been estimated at more than $23,000.
The woman was charged with stalk/intimidate, two counts of malicious damage greater than $15,000, and one count of malicious damage.
Man charged following on-foot pursuit in CBD
A man was charged with trespass-related offences following an on-foot pursuit throughout the Narrabri CBD last Wednesday.
Officers intercepted the man on Barwan Street. A chase ensued, with the man eventually climbing on the roof of a Maitland Street premises.
Police will allege the man fled the scene, shoplifted an item from a local supermarket, before ending up at another business premises in the business district.
Officers then arrested the man and conveyed him to Narrabri Police Station.
He was charged with two counts of entering prescribed premises without a lawful excuse, stalk/intimidate with intent to cause fear, and shoplifting.
Bail was refused and the man will front court on March 24.
