Narrabri District Cricket Association’s 2025/26 season awards presentation event was held at Collins Park on Saturday evening after the two grand finals had been contested.

A full list of the award winners is as follows:

Club championship – Tatts Cricket Club.

Junior cricketer of the year – Gus Ford (Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts).

First grade under-21 player of the year – Clay Hoffman (Wilga Hotel Razorbacks).

Districts representative player of the year – Matt Bradshaw (Wilga Hotel Razorbacks).

Cricketer of the year – Hamish Duncan (Tourist Hotel).

First grade:

Best and fairest – Tom Craig (Tatts).

Batting average – Jack Tate (Wilga Hotel Razorbacks) with 221 runs at 73.67.

Batting aggregate – Hamish Duncan (Tourist Hotel) with 315 runs.

Bowling average – Rod Kirk (Tatts) with 19 wickets at 5.2.

Bowling aggregate – Nathan Trindall (RSL) with 23 wickets.

Most improved first grade player – Jonty Schwager (Tatts).

Premiers – Wilga Hotel Razorbacks, winning their maiden NDCA one day premiership with a six-wicket victory against Tatts at Collins Park.

Grand final player-of-the-match – Wilga Hotel Razorbacks’ opening batsman Matt Bradshaw, who top-scored with 57 runs from 83 deliveries.

Second grade:

Best and fairest – Jesse Packer (Tatts).

Batting average and aggregate – Jesse Packer (Tatts) with 553 runs at 69.13.

Bowling average – Kyne Allen (Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts) with 18 wickets at 6.89.

Bowling aggregate – Gus Ford (Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts) and Jarrod Gould (Tatts) with 31 wickets each.

Most improved second grade player – Kyne Allen (Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts).

Premiers – Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts, with their second premiership in as many seasons since forming in 2024. They defeated Tatts by three wickets at Leitch Oval.

Grand final player-of-the-match – Sign Print Stitch Narrabri Colts’ captain David McInnes, who took a team-best 2-16 from eight overs in the first innings and then opened and scored 27 runs in the second innings.
