A busy week of winter golf produced strong scoring across a range of competitions, with some standout performances from both individual players and pairs highlighting the action.

A nine-hole Stableford Medley was held, with Prim Winston-Smith carding 21 points to claim victory on the day.

John Fenton finished runner-up on 19 points after a closely fought contest.

In the Ladies’ 18-hole Par event on the same day, Robin Ford claimed the win with a score of +1. Lyn Shearer claimed the nearest-the-pin prize on the 12th hole.

The 18-hole Par Medley attracted a strong field and produced some excellent scoring across all grades.

In A-grade, Brett Browne edged out the field with a winning score of +1. Paul Hulbert and Blake Fielder both finished on square, with Hulbert taking runner-up honours and Fielder third.

B-grade produced the best score of the day, with Travis Heffernan posting an outstanding +5. Runner-up Ken Nolan followed closely with +4, while third-placed Jordan Hannaford completed the placings on +2.

The C-grade competition was equally competitive, with Krystle Brown taking top honours on +1. Karleigh Cook finished runner-up on square, while Dancy Hannaford claimed third place on -1.

Nearest-the-pin winners on the day were Lee Watson (5th), Blake Fielder (8th), Ben Finnigan (12th) and Karleigh Cook (16th). Golf on Sunday 21 June saw Jordan Watene continue the strong scoring trend, winning the nine-hole Stableford Medley with 18 points.

The weekend concluded with the NSW Golf Mixed Two-Person Ambrose, where Paul and Charlie-Lea Hulbert combined brilliantly to take out the title with a nett 32.5. Rod and Melissa Hall finished second after a countback on 34, while Jye Manton and Indi Canfell secured third place. Mark Ward and Chrissy Southwell were fourth on 35.5 following a countback.
