A fire at the Narrabri Aquatic Centre complex has seen the facility close for the remainder of Thursday, August 6.
Narrabri Shire Council announced its temporary closure as a result of the incident.
“Council is currently assessing the situation and will keep the community updated on when the facility is able to reopen,” an update read.
“We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologies for any inconvenience.”
