It is the season of giving and the Narrabri Cake Decorators Association is already in the Christmas spirit.
A team from the NCDA and volunteers recently went to work to make someone’s Christmas a little bit more special.
The team of dedicated volunteers spent six hours decorating 60 mini-cakes which were donated to Narrabri Meals on Wheels.
“Each recipient who gets a meal for Christmas gets one of these little decorated cakes,” said NCDA’s Janice Smith.
“It was just a really productive day.
“They’re all home-made cakes and are all decorated by members of the Cake Decorators Association.
“There’s also a small donation of money from Meals on Wheels for the ingredients in the cakes.”
