Mounties hosts an Australia Day party at Bellata

Bellata had a party on Australia Day thanks to the generosity of the Mounties Group of Sydney registered clubs.

The event ‘Having a Beer with Bellata’ at Bellata Golf Club saw the complete board of directors plus helpers arrive to host the event bringing more than $140,000 in funds, services and products to Bellata, including 60 cases of Great Northern beer and 60 cases of Bundaberg Rum.

The Bellata Mounties day was an unprecedented ‘first’ to be staged outside its local government area.

Ben Guest attended the event and said it was a great night for the community.

“With Mounties coming out to support Bellata it was just a really good night,” he said.

“Everyone had a good time and it was nice to catch up with everyone.

“A big thanks to Mounties for all their efforts and donations.”
