Some magnificent performances in a wide array of music were heard at the opening section of the Narrabri Eisteddfod last week.
Students and tutors are to be congratulated on the practice and preparation put into the production of performances reaching such a high standard.
Music adjudicator Barry Walmsley was impressed with the presentations which ran over three days commencing with a full program on Monday morning, an HSC only section in the afternoon, and an evening session delighting the audience who attended.
Mr Walmsley imparted constructive feedback to the performers and congratulated music convenors Dianne Shann and Jenny Tucker on the stewardship and smooth running of the event which concluded on Wednesday.
