On Saturday the Narrabri Art & Craft Society’s Verandah Saturday turned pink in support of the Pink Up Namoi campaign.
The event included a delicious pink morning tea and items were for sale in the Narrabri Craft Shop, many of these donated by the committee and community.
Donated items were marked with a pink dot for discerning shoppers.
Committee members had crafted handmade pink brooches to wear during the fundraising day.
Narrabri Art and Craft secretary Kaylene McClenaghan fashioned a magnificent version.
Lots of travellers and visitors enjoyed the day and the committee raised about $250 for the McGrath foundation.
