Narrabri High School was delighted to welcome back one of its own recently – alumnus and Australian rugby union player, Sid Harvey.
Sid spoke with Year 11 students who are currently studying Sports, Lifestyle and Recreation and focusing on their sports coaching unit.
During his visit, Sid shared valuable insights about the importance of nutrition, how to prepare mentally and physically for a game, and the different types of coaches and coaching styles.
It was a fantastic opportunity for our students to hear firsthand from someone who has taken their passion for sport to a professional level.
