Narrabri FC’s goalkeeper recognised for outstanding saves

NARRABRI Football Club played Moree Services FC Next Gen at the Moree Services Club field in Moree on the weekend.

There were plenty of goal-scoring opportunities on offer, but both teams failed to score with the full-time result at 0-0.

Narrabri FC’s goalkeeper Jacob Stuart won the Dominos Narrabri player of the match and the players’ player for his great saves, which kept his team in the game.

Narrabri FC coach Steph Stride was pleased with how her team performed but said she would like to see more improvement in their upcoming games.

The draw is enough for Narrabri FC to retain third position on the Namoi Soccer League ladder.

Narrabri FC are back in Moree this Saturday to play the Moree Minions.
