Bush Fire Danger Period brought forward in North West
DYLAN SMITHThe Bush Fire Danger Period is in place a month earlier than usual for local government areas in northern NSW, including Narrabri and Gunnedah shires. From 1 September, residents need to obtain a fire permit from the NSW Rural Fire Service before conducting any burns.
