Love was in the air in Boggabri on Friday night when many residents and visitors celebrated Valentine’s Day.
Birthdays, wedding anniversaries and the birth of grandchildren were also celebrated with dinner at The Vault or the Boggabri RSL Club.
During the week it was Margaret Stoltenberg’s birthday, however Jan and Peter Guest probably had the most to celebrate.
“We had a grandson born on Tuesday,” an excited Mrs Guest said.
“It was also our 31st wedding anniversary on Tuesday,” Mr Guest added.
“Not only that, during the week it was also Peter’s birthday, and today is Valentine’s Day,” Mrs Guest said.
