Dynamic mother-daughter real estate duo ready to help with property needs

Narrabri real estate business KR Property has expanded with Eden Rozendaal returning home to start her career in the industry under the guidance of mum, and the agency’s proprietor, Kim Rozendaal.

Eden, who has her assistant agent licence, will work with her mum, a trusted name in the real estate industry, to obtain her full licence.

Kim boasts 13 years’ real estate experience and Eden said she was thrilled to come home to learn from her mum’s industry knowledge.

Previously living in Sydney, Eden said she wouldn’t have the opportunity for such a great learning experience in the city as she would in the country.

“I felt there was more opportunity in Narrabri,” she said.

Growing up, she witnessed her mum’s passion for the industry.

“It was quite inspiring,” Eden said.

Kim was equally as excited to welcome Eden into the business.

“She’s got everything it takes,” Kim said.

“To be a mother-daughter duo, I’m excited to see us and the company grow together.

“Eden and I both have the same values.

“This is a sign of the youth coming back to Narrabri.”

Reflecting on her own journey, Kim said it was in February last year that she decided to go into business for herself and launch KR Property.

Since its inception, her bold lion logo has popped up across the shire and the business has quickly developed a reputation for its excellent service.

“Once my logo was created, I chose my colours and decided how I want to run my business, it just grew from there,” Kim said.

“I started in the middle of COVID. Not just a real estate business but a mobile real estate business.”

However, Kim was pleasantly surprised as the business continued to gain momentum.

“It has taken off beyond my expectations,” she said.

“The company is definitely growing.

“I think you are going to see some new faces.”

Kim was also optimistic about the path ahead for the real estate market in the shire thanks to buoyed optimism from the Inland Rail and Santos developments.
