The CREATE closing night rounded off the past fortnight’s festivities with a celebration of artists and musicians.

Guests were treated to a final viewing of the talents on display from our artists, metalworkers, jewellery makers, woodcarvers, sculptors and photographers.

The fabulous sounds of Gilly Goddard and her 3LPD band accompaniments Tom Hedley and James Madden were featured.

A highlight of the night was a performance by Tralala Blip, a unit of differently abled musicians hailing from the Northern Rivers in NSW.

This Australian band have performed with their unique style of electronic music all over the world.

CREATE organiser Scott Pollock was delighted with the success of the arts festival.

“We are looking forward to next year’s event, and hope to make the festival bigger and better, broadening the scope of participants throughout the Narrabri Shire and beyond”.
