The Westpac Rescue Helicopter was tasked by NSW Ambulance at 11.20 this morning to a report of a person that had fallen off a ladder on a property at Gurley, south of Moree.

The 30-year-old female had fallen 2-3 meters off a ladder onto concrete, causing serious head injuries.

NSW Ambulance Paramedics and the Helicopter Critical Care Medical Team treated and stabilised her.

She was then placed on life support and airlifted direct to John Hunter Hospital in a serious but stable condition for further treatment.
