Narrabri Fire and Rescue firefighters were called to a reported car fire located under the railway bridge on Selina Street/Guest Street just after 3.30am on Friday, September 2.
Fire attack crews extinguished the Holden utility prior to contacting NSW Police to investigate the suspicious circumstances surrounding the fire.
