The beautiful sight of Oxford series Morris vehicles parked on town streets and driving along in convoys has drawn attention from vehicle admirers.

The vehicles are in Narrabri as part of a rally of the Australian chapter of the UK-based 680 MO Club. Visitors are taking in local sights, thanks to help from local members Mike and Maxine Beale.

Club members come from across New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland. For the Narrabri visit, the furthest visitor has come from Kingaroy, Queensland.

John Inschaw said the vehicles travel well and were very advanced for their time.

Just following the war, the Morris vehicles were mostly exported for revenue rather than being sold in mass volumes in the United Kingdom.

Involvement in the club has seen members strike up friendships with like-minded vehicle owners across the nation.
