Six exhibitors showcased their photography skills at the opening of the ‘Switched On’ exhibition held at the Narrabri Art & Craft Gallery on Friday, October 14.
Camera enthusiasts Janet Dampney, Diana McCredie, Margot Leitch, Cass Johnson, Robert Dunn and Elizabeth McPhee were thrilled to take part in their first exhibition since 2019.
The evening event was well attended, and in a first for most of the exhibitors, the group featured some photographic metal prints with attendees appreciating this interesting new medium in photography art form.
Gallery Coordinator Janice Smith said: “This was an exceptional exhibition of photography, with the metal prints gaining great interest.
“Tracey Rex was there to explain the process behind the creation of the metal prints to an interested crowd. It was great to see a large gathering of familiar faces returning to the gallery.”
