A statement released by NSW Police on Tuesday states, “A further two men have been charged as inquiries continue into a brawl on the state’s North West at the weekend.
About 6pm on Sunday, emergency services responded to reports of a fight at Empire Place, Wee Waa.
Officers attached to Oxley Police District attended along with NSW Ambulance paramedics and found three men injured.
About 3.30pm on Monday, April 17, investigators arrested a further two men, who were taken to Wee Waa Police Station.
A 33-year-old man was charged with affray and common assault, and a 26-year-old man was charged with affray.
Both men were granted conditional bail to appear before Wee Waa Local Court on Thursday, May 25, 2023.
The NSW Police statement said inquiries are continuing.
