Hands on Learning is a practical in-school program that builds engagement, well-being, and attendance by creating opportunities for students to discover their talents and experience success through significant and authentic hands-on projects.
Throughout last year’s term four, Hands-on Learning participants have engaged in creating hands on projects that provided students with meaningful opportunities to explore their interests, develop practical skills, and demonstrate their individual strengths.
Through these projects, each student showcased their unique talents while reflecting their personal growth, confidence, and resilience they have built throughout the program.
The projects highlighted not only creativity and skill development, but also clear progress in problem-solving, teamwork, and independence.
These achievements were proudly shared at the annual presentation night, where students presented their work to peers, families, and staff.
This celebration of learning recognised their dedication and effort and highlighted the impact of hands-on learning in supporting student engagement, growth, and success across the program.
