Community members were able to engage with local police officers as well as district officials as Narrabri Police Sector hosted Coffee with a Cop.
The community engagement initiative, which has been held in local police districts across NSW and interstate, was staged at The Crossing Theatre.
Chief Inspector Robert Dunn said he was pleased with the turnout of community members and thanked those who attended.
“Coffee with a Cop has been a proven success in strengthening trust and communication between officers and the community,” Chief Insp Dunn said.
“It gives people a chance to speak with us directly, and that’s made a real difference.”
