T-Table team ready to welcome you

T-Table prides itself on its consistent service and quality food offering, with its always buzzing atmosphere testament to its enduring philosophy.

Owners Dan and Sarah Gillmore have developed a customer-focused team with a reputation for getting to know their clientele.

The Maitland Street cafe was the winner of the Employer of Choice (less than five employees), and Dan credits this achievement to his incredible team.

“Our staff are our super stars who make running a small business a pleasure,” he said.

“We have always run our businesses based on consistency.”

Dan and Sarah have operated T-Table for almost two years, after previously running The Outback Shack.

The move to T-Table has enabled Dan to interact with customers more, and the entire team adopt this personal approach.

“Our move to T-Table has been very successful,” Dan said.

“And that is thanks to our customers. We wouldn’t be here without them.”
