Club directors John Watling and Steve Bishop, Club Narrabri CEO Paul Gordon, director Andrew Smart, and club members Keith Hamilton, Garry Cuell and Dennis ‘Skippy’ Richardson.

Club Narrabri members are busy building what may be Narrabri’s biggest-ever bonfire.

The bonfire will be lit at dusk at the free family ‘Time Out from the Drought’ event at The Golfie on Sunday night.

The huge bonfire will be a centrepiece for an afternoon and evening of free barbecue lunch, music and family entertainment hosted by Club Narrabri and supported by the Federal Government, Narrabri Shire Council and Narrabri Lions.

The day starts at 12 noon and will continue into the night. “Everyone is welcome.

The Lions barbecue, music entertainment from three bands, Layten Smith, Station Road and West and Public and the fireworks display is all free” said Club Narrabri CEO Paul Gordon.
