The Courier is seeking the community’s view in its new reader survey launched this week.

As an incentive for participants, all people who complete the questionnaire will go into the running to win one of three $100 cash prizes.

The Courier’s manager Wanda Dunnet said the newspaper hoped the survey would help the publication better inform and connect with the community, businesses and people in the shire.

“We are keen to know what people think of the paper and the website,” she said.

“We really want to know what people want and are after suggestions for improvement.

“We would appreciate if people in our shire could spend a few minutes to complete our survey.

“There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to receive your knowledge and opinion.”

She said all responses to the questions would remain anonymous.

The questionnaire covers a variety of topics relating to the newspaper, from the print product to its various digital channels.

An independent research company has been engaged to conduct the study.

A hard copy of the survey should be included with Thursday’s Courier.

These copies can be returned to The Courier’s office or mailed to 60 Maitland Street, Narrabri, NSW 2390.
