Testing for fragments of COVID-19 at the Narrabri and Wee Waa sewage treatment plants was conducted on September 14, with both sites returning negative results.
It is the fourth sample collected from Narrabri, ranging in date from August 24 to September 14.
To date, two samples have been collected from Wee Waa, one on September 7 and the other last week.
All sewage testing so far in Narrabri Shire has returned negative detections to COVID-19.
In Gunnedah, however, it reported a positive detection to the virus on September 13.
