In the lead-up to the October Pink Street Dinner Party, taking place in Narrabri’s main street, many local people and businesses have been offering their support.
Their donations and assistance will help the Pink Up Namoi initiative to raise funds and awareness for the McGrath Foundation, which supports local breast cancer care nurses.
One of the local shops putting its hand up to help the cause is Faber’s Weld n Tools.
The tools and equipment provider has generously donated two brand-new pink toolboxes as prizes for the Pink Up Namoi raffles.
The toolbox pictured on the left, a Jackaroo II, comes equipped with stainless steel drawers.
This prize is up for grabs nation-wide, since Faber’s offered to cover the shipping costs to any location in Australia.
Tickets for this prize can be purchased online.
The toolbox on the right is a Buddy II.
It’s just one of the many great prizes on offer in the Pink Up Namoi monster raffle, to be drawn at the street party, made possible by a number of local donors.
Tickets for the monster raffle can be purchased from The Courier, Tiemens Creative, Faber’s Weld n Tools and the Narrabri RSL – they will also be available on the day, at the dinner party on Maitland Street.
Both toolboxes are expected to be hot tickets, so locals are encouraged to get in quick.
