Narrabri Touch’s mixed competition teams set a new record for tries in a single round as they combined for 84 across the six matches in round six on Monday, smashing the previous 2024 campaign record of 77 by seven.

Attacking skill was on display at the Cooma Oval fields as Win Or Booze, Tradies and Ladies, Hammertime, Just Gammin, Sprayerbarn Spinouts and the Wilga Pelicans were all victorious.

Those results saw Just Gammin and Hammertime stay undefeated in first and second place on the ladder, respectively, having accumulated a maximum 18 points. Just Gammin occupies first place as they have the largest for and against difference across the competition with 40, boosted by their top tally of 60 tries scored across six games.
